Resurrection Church has a wonderful opportunity to bless children and young adults in foster care for Christmas this year through the AZ Department of Child Safety's Giving Tree program

Please join DCS to help make the holidays brighter for children in foster care. Receiving
personalized gifts helps these children feel loved and significant during a time of year
that can be extremely difficult. And, it’s a FUN way to give back.

How does it work?

Starting Sunday, November 3rd,  there will be 35 yellow heart tags available on a Christmas tree.

Participants select a heart tag that includes the child’s name, age, gender, and wish list items. Gifts are then purchased and turned in on December 8th.  The gifts will be picked up and delivered directly to the children.

 Who receives the gifts?

ALL recipients are children or young adults in DCS care.

How much do I spend?

Do not feel obligated to purchase everything listed, but be as generous as you’d like. For those interested in a guideline, we are suggesting a minimum of $75.

Do I wrap my gifts?

Each gift should be unwrapped & placed in a gift bag with tissue.

When are gifts due?

Gifts are due at church on Sunday, DECEMBER 8th.
